1. Continued Basic Advanced Flying Instruction with Class of Flight Commanders. Lt. Col. Polen Wong acting Instructor Monday and Tuesday.
2. Delivered 8th Lecture on Gunnery to Massed Pilots Class.
3. Harmonized sights and packed Vickers water-cooled machine gun for use in instruction at machine gun butts.
4. Discussed construction of cloth Aerial Gunnery targets with Col. Lum. Now under construction.
5. Conducted one Class at machine gun butts for six Flight Commanders. Gave preliminary instruction in Loading, Firing, Stoppages and Corrective Action for stoppages.
6. Submitted for Captain Malley and conducted Aerial Gunners Class May 13th.
7. Continued preparation of Lectures to be given in Gunnery Classes.
8. Monday and Tuesday on leave of absence granted by Headquarters.
