Week ending August 19, 1933
- Delivered one Gunnery Lecture to Massed Pilots Class.
- No Gunnery Lecture at School this week. School vacation on Monday.
- Made final check of Dive Bombing
equipment. Changes satisfactory.
- Conducted four afternoon periods of Dive Bombing with class of six Flight Commanders. All men understand principles and doing fair work. Sections 1 and 2 of Group II Pilots at range to observe work. Report of progress submitted daily to Commanding Officer and Chief of Staff.
- Conducted four morning periods of instruction at Lecture Hall with class of six Flight Commanders. Study of Bombing scores and instruction for correction of mistakes. No sections of Group II Pilots attended class this week. Completed course of Instruction of Dive Bombing.
- Submitted Final Report of Gunnery and Dive Bombing of six Flight Commanders. Men have completed entire course of Instruction in both subjects.

- Prepared Final written Examination on Browning Machine Gun. Examination to be given to Massed Pilots Class next week.
- Cadets from School completed Primary courses in Stoppages and Rocking Fuselage this week. Three day vacation at School accounts for small number completing work.
